  Very disappointed after a recent visit. It was my first time at the salon (which they knew) and I was made to feel like an inconvenience. After being asked to sit down I waited for a least 20 minutes without being spoken to, nor was I offered a drink or magazine. Then I was taken over to a chair without being asked if I wanted my hair washing (I did, but at this point I just wanted to get it over with). The woman that did my hair was pleasant enough and the whole thing took about 15 mins since my hair was dry. She admitted she didn't realise she had another customer booked in and was keen to get back to the woman she'd just been serving. The hair cut was cheap but I left feeling dejected. I expected better as a first time customer.
